The Need:
In many parts of the world, the church is growing so fast that Pastors do not have sufficient time for practical training or have no training at all. 

The Goal: 
To equip pastors and church leaders worldwide to transition to next level effectiveness for the 21st century. 

Initially, the Pentecostal Assemblies of Africa (PAOA) has identified practical leadership development for pastors and church leaders as a priority in 2009.  Ultimately, RTC has the vision to take this training around the world.

The Plan: 
Pastors and leaders from both Canada and overseas with proven leadership skills and principles will be selected by RTC to participate in “Reinventing the Church” Conferences worldwide.
